font-weight: bold;"&gt;Assalamualaikum semua.&lt;br /&gt;Baru-baru ini saya try buat dadih.Selalu orang ajar guna agar-agar.Kali ini seorang anak murid saya ajar buat pakai serbuk dadih.Terima kasih Fatin.Guru belajar dari anak murid.Tak per yang penting ia telah menjadi guru kita .Saya try buat ,mula- mula jadi macam puding.Kali kedua alhamdulillah menjadi dan macam yang orang jual kat kedai.Betul kata kawan saya ,orang tak pandai pun buat insyallah menjadi.Sesiapa yang nak berniaga pun boleh sbb ia agak menguntungkan kalau dijual.Satu peket dadih dah boleh dapat dalam 60 cup kecil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepi Dadih&lt;br /&gt;Satu peket serbuk dadih-perisa ikut suka  (biasa saya pakai jenama Happy Gass)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tin susu cair&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tin susu pekat&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cawan gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit pewarna&lt;br /&gt;Air (Ikut instruction kat peket)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step&lt;br /&gt;Jerang air sehingga mendidih&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan gula sehingga hancur&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan susu cair dan diikuti susu pekat(mane- mane boleh)&lt;br /&gt;Biarkah ia mendidih sedikit(pastikan jangan terlebih mendidih)&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan gula buah-buahan(disertakan alam peket)&lt;br /&gt;Tutup api dan angkat&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan serbuk dadih&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan pewarna dan kacau sehingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang dalam cup kecil&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan sejuk dan masukkan dalam peti sejuk.(jangan tutup tudung cup sebelum sejuk)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_hb64a3xdyN8/SLVMI2itVaI/AAAAAAAAAQE/Gr_S9h2ZRfQ/s1600-h/3jellyfish.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji, pastikan dipukul hingga kembang. Kemudian masukkan tepung dan serbuk koko tadi selang seli dengan susu segar.  Gaul hingga sebati. Kemudian letakkan chocolate chips dan kaup balik sahaja. Masukkan tepung susu dan tepung jagung. Putar lagi. Masukkan putih telur dan seterusnya tepung gandum. Uli hingga menjadi doh yg lembut. Jgn terlalu keras, nanti susah nak lekatkan masa membentuk. Terap adunan yang telah digelek dengan penggelek tart dengan acuan bulat. Letakkan prune di tengah, kemudian tutup bahagian bawah tart. Buatkan tangkai. Pukul mentega dan gula ising hingga kembang. Tambahkan esen vanilla dan pukul lagi.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tepung jagung dan tepung secukupnya. Uli hingga mendapat doh yang lembut.&lt;br /&gt;3. Canaikan setebal 1/2 cm dan terap menggunakan acuan yang digemari. Susun di atas dulang pembakar yang telah dialas dengan kertas.&lt;br /&gt;4. Sapukan topping di atas biskut yang telah diterap. Untuk hasil yang lebih baik, gunakan hujung jari untu meratakan topping tersebut.&lt;br /&gt;5. Lumurkan sedikit garam dan tepung ubi kayu pada ayam dan bilas bagi menghilangkan bau hanyir. &lt;br /&gt;2. Masak ayam dalam kuali bersama bahan mesin, santan, halba dan asam jawa sehingga sederhana masak (kuahnya tinggal sedikit). Tetapi pastikan segala rempah sebati dengan ayam. &lt;br /&gt;3. Biarkan api perlahan-lahan sehingga gulai naik minyak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acar Timun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan&lt;br /&gt;100 gm timun&lt;br /&gt;100 gm lobak merah&lt;br /&gt;100 gm cili merah &amp;amp; hijau&lt;br /&gt;50 gm bawang besar&lt;br /&gt;60 ml cuka&lt;br /&gt;30 gm gula&lt;br /&gt;garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Air kapur secukup untuk merendam sayur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara.&lt;br /&gt;1. Timun dipotong 2 inci dan buangkan biji tengahnya. Mayang halus saperti batang mancis.&lt;br /&gt;2. Lobah merah, cili merah &amp;amp; cili hijau dimayang halus saperti timun juga.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bawang besar dibelah 2 dan mayang halus juga.&lt;br /&gt;4. Rendamkan semua bahan yang dimayang dalam besen besar yg berisi air kapur selama 30 minit. Tapiskan dan biarkan sehingga kering.&lt;br /&gt;5. Gaulkan gula, garam dan sedikit cuka sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan semua bahan dalam bancuhan cuka. Gaul rata.&lt;br /&gt;7. Potong swiss roll dalam 1 1/2 inci dan susun dalam bekas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Guna syrup dari tin black cherries dan sprinkle atas swiss roll, biar basah. then susun atau campakkan black cherries atas swiss roll tu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Bahan2 untuk custard cream boleh buat awal dan simpan. campurkan semua bahan, kacau guna hand whisk dan masak, nak selamat double boil, biar api perlahan sampai pekat dan didih. kalau pekat sangat, tambah air dalam 1/2 cawan coz custard ni sepatutnya lembik sikit. Biar sejuk sikit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Pukul whip cream tadi jangan sampai stiff sangat. ambil dalam 11/2 cawan dan masuk dalam custard tadi, kacau sebati utk dpt creamy effect cam ice cream, then tuang atas black cherries.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Balance whip cream tu tuang atas custard dan chillkan dalam peti sekurang2nya 6 jam, overnight lagi bagus....ingat cover dgn cling wrap, kalau tak cream tu akan crack.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Gaul rata semua bahan sehingga betul2 lembut.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Tudungkan adunan dgn kain lembab sehingga adunan naik 2 x ganda.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Tumbukkan adunan (untuk mengilangkan angin) dan bahagikan adunan kpd beberapa  ketulan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bulatkan adunan dan leperkan mengikut besar yang dikehendakki.&lt;br /&gt;5. Biarkan adunan naik sedikit (lebih kurang 15 minit) dan bakar dalam oven  yang telah dipanaskan 180 C selama 10 minit.&lt;br /&gt;6. Keluarkan dan taburkan bahan  yang disediakan...ikut pilihan yang disukai.&lt;br /&gt;7. Bakar lagi sehingga nampak  keju mozzarella cair.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;INTI PIZZA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bahan &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 ketul dada  ayam atau 250 gm daging kisar&lt;br /&gt;1 bawang besar&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;1  biji capsicum kecil&lt;br /&gt;3 keping nanas -&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan cendawan butang [belah 4]&lt;br /&gt;2 biji tomato&lt;br /&gt;100 gm parutan keju mozzarella&lt;br /&gt;1 s/b minyak&lt;br /&gt;3 s/b  cili sos [jika nak pedas..tambahkan cili mesin]&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan tomato sos&lt;br /&gt;1 s/k  serbuk daun aregano&lt;br /&gt;garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;cara&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Potong dadu semua  bahan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga layu.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan  ayam dan tambahkan garam serta daun aregano, tomato sos dan cili sos.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Kacau hingga ayam empuk. Biarkan sehingga pekat.&lt;br /&gt;5. Ratakan inti atas doh  yang sudah di sapukan tomato sos.&lt;br /&gt;6. Aturkan tomato, capsicum, cendawan,  nanas dan sedikit keju di atas ayam.&lt;br /&gt;7. Bakar hingga masak dalam suhu 180'C&lt;br /&gt;8. Taburkan lebihan keju dan bakar sekejap hingga keju cair&lt;br /&gt;9. Kacau2 supaya agar2 benar2 hancur..&lt;br /&gt;Pukul putih telur sehingga ringandan  bila diterbalik mangkuk, tak jatuh texturnya....&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan  esen vanila dan pewarna  sambil dipukul dengan kelajuan yg perlahan.  Bila dah sebati masukkan agar2 yang sedang mendidih tadi sedikit demi sedikit sambil dipukul sentiasa dengan mixer.
